Fawnella Gets A Hair Cut

At 14 months old, Pretty Fawnella is about to have her first hair cut.

Her wool is parted at the back not too far from her ears.

That first cut is soooooooo hard!

Now it is reaching the point of no return, her wool is being cut.

Doesn't Fawnella look like a pineapple?

A closer up of the pineapple cut.

Fawnella's wool drapes down like a waterfall.

There is really not much left after the wool is removed, Fawnella is very small.

Now Fawnella's wool is in the plastic bag ready for sale or for spinning.

That is so lovely, Fawnella is so well mannered and sitting still, mine always turn in circles when being clipped. May I ask, Betty (just to get a comparison to ours here in New Zealand) how much wool (in grams) you got off her?
