Betty, does the animal need to be seen by the registrar in order to become registered?
What are the conditions to pass?

To register a rabbit:
a. the owner is a member of ARBA and has a current membership card;
b. the rabbit is at least 6 months old and free of disqualification according to the ARBA Standard of Perfection, and the rabbit is within the range of upper and lower weight limit;
c. to be examined by an ARBA licensed registrar;
d. the owner pays the registrar $6 and provide a 3-generation pedigree that list all pure breed rabbits in the same breed. (the registrar pays ARBA $3 for the registration form.)
