Waiting, Waiting, Waiting ... Continues

Hay hanging at the base of the porch light gives a clue to a bird nest inside the light fixture.

May 12, 2010, there are five eggs inside the light fixture.

May 18, two little naked baby birds and three eggs.

May 19, four baby birds are hatched, one to go.

Still waiting, waiting, and waiting.....

Awww!!! :-) I just thought I had to check Bettys Blog to see if there is news about the bird babies. :-)
So cute! Well, not as cute as Angora babies, but cute...lol
Hope the last one will hatch too. Please keep us updated Betty!

Funny, if mama bird would know that she is closely watched by people around the world...lol

Mama bird flies off so fast that it's hard to get a good look. It's bigger than the Hummingbird but smaller than the Sparrow, grayish in color. When the baby birds grow feathers, may be we could tell. I'll get pictures and post them.
