Emilia Wins All Breed Reserve In Show
Another all breed show date in Stockton. The show was held in the open barn with roof but no walls. It's not the best day for an open barn show, it's cold and windy by the California standard. We all bundled up, Angora scarves and hats were very useful.
Chu's Emilia wins a Reserve In Show. With 7 all breed Best In Show and 2 all breed Reserve In Show in the months of January and February 2006, Emilia will be retiring from the show table. In 2005, she also has won an all breed Best In Show and an all breed Reserve In Show. Though her coat is still at the top of the prime, it has been a wonderful run. It's time for her to prepare for motherhood.
The Best In Show went to a Mini Satin owned by Randy and Allen. Mini Satin is a new breed that was presented successfully by Randy. February is the first month that this breed is eligible for leg and Best In Show competition. Congratulations to Randy and Allen.
Most of the No. CA Angora exhibitors are taking the next six weeks off from the show table, the locations and the clubs that the shows are held are not ideal. There will be photos from this show and previous shows posted in our blog in the days and weeks to come. There will be profiles on judges and breeders during this period of time. If any of our members has news with photos to contribute to our blog, please send to englishangora1@yahoo.com
We will be back to shows in April.
